Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please make sure to contact us with email at first. The unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original packaging. Return Qualifications:
Final Sale Items can not be returned.
Products must be in original packaging.
Gift Sets and Kits must be returned in full.
Products that are unused and unopened are eligible for a return.
No visible signs of use including lash glue or any discrepancy with the product.
A $5 Shipping and Handling fee is applied to all Orders
We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number for convenience, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not issue return credit. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.
Cancellation & Exchange:
You can cancel your order/item within 2 hours through our customer service email (firstname.lastname@example.org). For more than 2 hours, we can’t make sure if successful.
If you want to change order before ship out, you will be charged for $3; Once your order has been shipped out, we will not be able to change/cancel it for you.
After the order is shipped out, if you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com for the Return Info.
