Ruturn Policy:

We provide each customer with a 100% money back guarantee ! If you are unhappy with your purchase within 14 days, please make sure to contact us on the email at first. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original packaging.

The shipping of return has to be borne by the customer. We recommend shipping packages back to us using USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number for convenience, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not be able to issue the return store credit. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.

Cancellation & Exchange: 

You can cancel your order/item within 2 hours through our customer service email (support@lashesmall.com).

After two hours, the cancelation is unsure however we will update you of the possibility.

If you want to change order before it's shipped then you will be charged for $3 for the change, Once your order has been shipped out, we will not be able to change/cancel it for you.

After the order has been shipped and if you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@lashesmall.com for the Return Info.
